Ingredients…
- 1tbsp olive oil – 5p
- 1 white onion finely chopped – 10p
- 1tsp smoked paprika – 15p
- 1/2 tsp dried mixed herbs – 5p
- 2 Tins of baked beans – 80p
- 200g Cheddar cheese – 1.43
- flour tortillas – 1.00
- bbq sauce – 5p

Method…
- Add your olive oil to a frying pan and sweat off your onion for a few minutes…
- Add your paprika and mixed herbs and fry off for a further minute…
- Add your beans, a squeeze of BBQ sauce and cook away for 5 mins…
- Lay a tortilla in a separate, large dry frying pan…
- Spread 1/4 of the bean mixture onto the wrap, put a good handful of grated cheese onto the bean mixture and then a quick swirl of bbq sauce…
- Place another wrap ontop, give a slight pressdown…
- Cook for a couple of minutes on one side and then flip and repeat on the other side until hot in the middle…
- Great served with smashed avocado, salsa and sour cream

Potential additions…
- A few pickled jalapeños sprinkled on top of he cheese…
- Swap the paprika for fajita seasoning
- Fry of some bacon before you put the onion in at the start to add to the smoky flavour…
- Some leftover chicken or beef cooked though the mixture is delicious…
